I believe there are because they claim to have actual dermatologists who formulate their products. I always feel a lot better about a company when they have doctors helping!

Answer This Question
Q:
Are there any side effects from using these products?
Salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and alcohol will all significantly reduce the amount of oil on your skin so you might feel dried out. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you break out in a rash.

I think most acne treatments cause some side effects like dry skin, itchiness, and redness. Drying your skin out is part of the process of eliminating the bacteria that causes it in the first place. Those side effects generally subside within a week or so.

Q:
How long will the product last?
A good rule of thumb is 6-8 oz of cleanser or toner is about a months worth of product. You'll get about 30 days of use based on their product sizes.

Their website advertises that their products sizes are equal to a 2 month supply. Pretty great deal for 2 months!
